The Aurora News-Register has taken its website to a whole new level in the past two years, thanks in large part to the online growth opportunities and technical support provided by Information Analytics. Getting set up on a Joomla template was a rather smooth transition, in which the staff let us help create the look and feel we desired. Our site is unique in design and we've had positive feedback from viewers about its ease of navigation. Flexibility is a critical factor in today's web development, and we have been pleased with Info A's ability to add features quickly, including Soundslides links, an online business directory, additional ad modules and a PDF-based e-edition.

From a business standpoint, our pageviews are well over 1 million a month now and revenues, using the OpenX ad placement software, have doubled. We are able to maintain the system completely in-house, but routinely have questions that always get a timely email response from the Lincoln staff. If there is going to be a charge for specific help, we know up front how much it will be and are given the option on whether to proceed. We expect to explore mobile phone application and other developments as they arise, and feel confident Information Analytics will be able to help us keep our site on the cutting edge.

Bottom line: Information Analytics does all the heavy lifting in terms of trouble-shooting and feature development, all at a very affordable rate, letting our staff focus on what we know how to do.
