Extension and Template Add-ons:
Extensions are additional programs that add content to your Joomla site. These extensions can range from event calendars, to photo galleries, to e-commerce tools. These extensions can also be Version 1.0 or 1.5 compatible. If you are running a Version 1.5 site and using a Version 1.0 compatible only add-on, you will need to turn on Legacy Mode. You can do the by reading HERE. Many trustworthy and dependable extensions can be found at www.joomla.org. These extensions have been tested by Joomla staff and are safe and virus free. As always though, be careful of what and from whom you download products. Templates change the look and layout of your site. These are frequently made by a 3rd party and downloaded. There are numerous sites out there; some are free and some are pay to download. The choice is up to you depending on the look and performance you need. You can also contact Information Analytics. We will do custom templates that will be unique to you and you only. Call and ask today about custom templates for your site!
